Muir Woods
A few weeks ago, my mom and I decided to take a short trip up to San Francisco and visit Muir Woods, an attraction I had not even known about despite the number of visits I've made to the Bay.
No matter what I did, I could not capture the grandness of the redwoods there and instead began to notice the details in the trees and the abstractions that the nature formed. Here is my documentary of Muir Woods, and make sure you visit whenever you are in San Francisco.

Work in Progress
I've felt the urge to document the lives of women in my community, especially those that are Asian immigrants who came to America expecting an improved lifestyle or a second chance. Though many have received a second chance, most of their hard work goes unnoticed, and they become shadows of unnamed faces who help keep local businesses running. Throughout this photo series, I seek to tell more about the women around me who deserve recognition.
